Weight: 172.5 (78.4 kg).  Up from last week.
Who knows?  I may be back down to 170 lb tomorrow.
No sugar?  Not quite: 5 of the tiny Reese&#8217;s Peanut Butter Cups, one sugar cookie, too many sugar-dusted peanuts.  And I didn&#8217;t work out at all.
